William Chadwick : The Hammock (1910)

Chadwick studied at the Art Students League before he settled permanently in Old Lyme where he became a leading member of the Lyme Art Association. While he studied under John Twachtmann in his student days, his style most reflects that of his close friend Childe Hassam. Source: books0977
