    Lovely atmospheric painting. I picked it was gouache on card, as I have used this combination for illustrations.

      Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Vivienne. I am just learning about gouache, and I love the distinctive effect, though I do expect a large learning curve will be involved for a beginner! lol 🙂🌺

      It is easier than watercolour to apply, but can be thinned is so desired. It dries quickly, and its benefits are that one can apply paint on top. Have fun.
