Thanks for Visiting 🌻

Dear Sunnyside, I was 20 years old when this song was released by Simon & Garfunkel, & it remains one of my all time BRILLIANT favourites! After this time my life totally changed (married, uprooted to London, children…….& so much more). In those early years I’d never heard of Georgia O’Keefe, only coming across her later & how…WOW…what an impact! (I’m still married to my lovely girl, 53 years on). Your blog is one of the best, because it doesn’t make comment, it allows readers/viewers to make their own choices. Keep well, Ashley 🌹🤗😊

      2. I have the Simon and Garfunkel version in draft – just waiting for the right painting to pair with it. And what a blessing – 53 years!!! Thanks for sharing your wonderful memories, Ashley. 🙂🌺

Not to your taste perhaps, but artists that come to mind would be Calder, de Kooning, Warhol and my favourites David Hockney and Bridget Riley. I look forward to your Simon & Garfunkel post. 🌹🙋‍♂️
