  3. In online reproductions of this Monet painting the color saturation varies a lot, making it impossible—based only on that evidence—to know the tonality of the original.

    I’m sure I’ve not seen this Monet before. I’m especially intrigued by the two amorphous figures on the right. Trees? or humans? Now I’ll have to read a bit about it and see if I can find more information about that detail.
