Blowin' In The Wind by Bob Dylan How many roads must a man walk down Before you call him a man? How many seas must a white dove sail Before she sleeps in the sand? Yes, 'n' how many times must the cannon balls fly Before they're forever banned? The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the wind The answer is blowin' in the wind Yes, 'n' how many years can a mountain exist Before it's washed to the sea? Yes, 'n' how many years can some people exist Before they're allowed to be free? Yes, 'n' how many times can a man turn his head And pretend that he just doesn't see? The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the wind The answer is blowin' in the wind Yes, 'n' how many times must a man look up Before he can see the sky? Yes, 'n' how many ears must one man have Before he can hear people cry? Yes, 'n' how many deaths will it take till he knows That too many people have died? The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the wind The answer is blowin' in the wind

Very timely, dear Sunnyside… a beautiful reminder of a peaceful mentor we should all emulate… And Blowin’ in the Wind should be the world’s theme song… How sad that it is just as relevant now as the day it was written, 61 years ago 😔😔😔💕

When I was in college at Columbia, I attended an impromptu performance by Peter, Paul and Mary outside the entrance to a classroom building. I wonder where the two surviving group members come down on events in our country over the past few years.

Oh, how I love the Odilion Redons you have posted. His palette of colors is drop dead gorgeous and he is mystical as well!! What a combo! The Bob Dylan is good, too, but Redon made my day. I love your blog 💛!

A perfect song choice for these times of renewed conflict in the Middle East. We humans are still unable to hear the answer blowing loud and clear in the wind 😦

I was such a fan of Peter Paul and Mary in my teens. I was fortunate to see them in a concert in Wellington.
