At Sunnyside - Where Truth and Beauty Meet 
I noticed the name similarity and checked out Krohg’s biography. Sure enough, that’s his wife. Her portrait made me think, “I’d like to know that person.” I found that the portrait was painted the year they married.

Gosh ~ not only does he paint her in all her courageous happy independence, but also honors her with the title of “Painter.” I’d love the man even if I didn’t love his art (which I do) ✨
