I see that Mary’s Meals is working in Bong County, Liberia, among other places in that country. That’s the county I lived in when I worked in Liberia. Schools there were among the first reopened after the civil war.

    1. It seems like a sound business model for empowering the very ones who need assistance – just the kind of program I could wholeheartedly support. Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Rosaliene. 🙂

  4. In addition to the images themselves, which grab the eye, I like the tall and narrow rectangle that frames each one.

  5. Good morning, Sunnyside!!! ☀️ Something rose up in me that told me to search more of your posts; They bring me such comfort and joy (not happiness which is fleeting, but solid joy). This post brought out my humanity and is moving me to act. I texted the number and received an error response. Don’t worry; I will find a way. I am Catholic now, so my Parrish will back me up by giving especially since it is a Catholic Charity… not that they wouldn’t anyway. Would you, please, tell me how I can get the video to share it with some friends and my priest? Thank you for this stirring up my soul. It will lead to good things!!!
