    1. I do prefer the glorious gold tone background on The Kiss for that reason, but Richard’s comment below has given me a fresh look at this one. There is something so poignant about the idea of painting “her soul on the wall behind her.” Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Rosaliene. 🙂
